Raivis Irbītis re-elected to the Board of the Latvian Association of Certified Auditors

Grant Thornton partner and certified auditor Raivis Irbītis has been re-elected to the Board of the Latvian Association of Certified Auditors (LACA) for the next three-year term, continuing his active contribution to the development of the profession and the strengthening of professional standards.

“The audit profession in Latvia is currently undergoing a phase of development, and our task is not only to maintain high professional standards but also to actively shape the future of the industry. The role of LACA in this process is crucial, as it strengthens quality, transparency, and trust,” says Grant Thornton partner and certified auditor Raivis Irbītis.

At the same time, Grant Thornton certified auditor Ieva Aizsila has been re-elected to serve on the LACA Examination Committee, where she will contribute to ensuring the professional qualification of future industry specialists.

In addition, Grant Thornton certified auditor Kitija Ķepīte continues her contribution to LACA as a quality reviewer. Her mandate in this role was renewed last year, reflecting confidence in her professional experience and expertise in the field of quality assurance.
