Description
Reich Installation, a US-based company, expanded its operations into Latvia while introducing its corporate CRM system already in use across multiple jurisdictions.
To ensure full compliance with Latvian accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, the client sought a trusted local advisor with international experience and a proven track record in delivering complex implementation projects.
Our Contribution
Grant Thornton assessed the CRM system’s compliance with Latvian accounting and tax requirements. We provided practical recommendations for system adjustments and tested its functionality. The work was carried out in close, day-to-day collaboration with the client’s international team, including Grant Thornton’s Ireland office.
Results
This project illustrates that entering a new market requires not only the deployment of technology, but also a thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements — and that close collaboration between teams across jurisdictions is key to turning these complexities into a successful outcome.
