Over the two days, colleagues discussed the company’s strategic development, service enhancement and closer collaboration between the Baltic teams.
“At the heart of the conference was Grant Thornton Baltic’s development as one firm: a shared understanding of client needs, service quality and how we can make even better use of the combined expertise of specialists across all three countries. Such meetings are essential not only for agreeing on our next business objectives, but also for aligning how we work together as one team every day. Our strength lies in combining local market knowledge with the broad expertise of our Baltic colleagues. At the conference, we jointly defined clear development priorities to make our services even more focused, high-quality and accessible across the region,” says Raitis Logins, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Baltic in Latvia.
Participants mapped out the next growth priorities, explored opportunities for service development and identified initiatives that will enable Grant Thornton Baltic to provide clients with broader, more coordinated support across the region.
On the second day of the conference, participants explored Grant Thornton International’s strategy, expectations for member firms and the support available for their growth. Gurgen Hakobyan, Regional Head of EMEA at Grant Thornton International, delivered a presentation. Nerijus Mačiulis, Senior Economist at Swedbank, shared insights into macroeconomic developments, while conference moderator Andrius Tapinas, journalist and civic activist, spoke about decision-making in times of change and heightened uncertainty.
The annual Baltic conference fosters the exchange of experience, strengthens mutual trust and helps turn shared ambitions into practical solutions. It provides a platform for Grant Thornton Baltic teams to align on the next steps in the development of the firm and its services, while maintaining a consistent standard of quality and an individual approach to every client’s needs.
