Our Contribution

Between 2021 and 2025, Grant Thornton Baltic carried out real estate valuations of administrative buildings across several cities in Latvia, including Riga, Jūrmala, Daugavpils, and Ludza.

As part of the engagement, market valuations were performed for a range of purposes — including property disposals, financial reporting, and securing loan collateral. Throughout the process, our experts assessed the technical condition of the properties, analysed market conditions, and reviewed comparable transactions, ensuring objective valuations aligned with market realities.

Results

The client was provided with high-quality and reliable real estate valuation reports, tailored to specific valuation purposes and fully compliant with applicable regulatory requirements. The valuations supported informed decision-making in areas such as property management, disposal, and financial planning.
