The webinar will be hosted by Dmitrijs Korovackis, who has extensive experience in taxation, having worked both in professional advisory firms and at the State Revenue Service. One of his key areas of specialization is transfer pricing.

Amendments to the Law “On Taxes and Duties”, effective from 1 January 2026, aim to simplify transfer pricing documentation requirements and reduce the administrative burden for taxpayers. These amendments will apply to transactions starting from the 2025 reporting year.

Going forward, transfer pricing documentation requirements will apply to Latvian taxpayers engaged in transactions with: related foreign entities; related legal entities with at least 20% ownership participation; related individuals (as defined in Section 1, Paragraph 18 of the Law); entities or persons located in low-tax or no-tax jurisdictions; other related Latvian taxpayers, if the transaction is part of a supply chain involving a related foreign entity or entities/persons located in low-tax or no-tax jurisdictions.
