Depending on the purpose of the valuation and the nature of the business, we perform valuations using both the income approach, by preparing and discounting the company's projected cash flows, and the market approach, by analysing data from actual transactions involving comparable companies. Where appropriate, we also apply the asset-based approach, by revaluing all assets owned by the company, including real estate and fixed assets. Business valuations based on the asset approach are carried out with the involvement of GTB's certified real estate and movable property valuers.
We provide business valuations for a wide range of purposes, depending on our clients' needs, including mergers and acquisitions, non-cash capital contributions, auctions of shares or equity interests, corporate restructuring, management and shareholder decision-making, and other business purposes. We also prepare valuation reports for litigation and dispute resolution purposes.
