Kaspars is responsible for efficient and business-driven management of transfer pricing projects for local and international clients.

With more than 13 years of professional experience, Kaspars advises on transfer pricing matters using his extensive experience both from Big4 company and one of the largest pan-Baltic legal offices as well as from long-term senior tax role in a multi-national company with HQ in Latvia. 

Additionally, Kaspars has significant experience in international direct tax and payroll tax matters in several jurisdictions across Europe, the USA and LatAm as well as he has dealt with tax matters for local and cross-border business restructurings.

Combining experience in technical tax matters with hands-on experience in implementing tax decisions in real business life in multinational group, allows him to understand in details business challenges of a multi-national company and to provide tailored tax advice for every circumstances and clients needs.
